Experience
Blueprint
Designing the moments
that stay.
You know what needs to change.
Now it needs to be built.
Diagnosis is the beginning, not the destination. Most brands reach a point where the gap is visible — even if it was never formally named.
Knowing the gap is clarity. Closing it — durably, realistically, with the people who will carry it — is architecture.
WHAT IT IS
A structured engagement working with both the founder and the team. I don't design experiences in a vacuum. I work with the reality of your operations — your constraints, your team's capabilities, your client profile — and build something that actually holds when I'm not in the room.
The result isn't a presentation. It's a working document your team can use tomorrow.
Your time commitment : two working sessions and a final debrief.
The rest is mine.
Available in two formats
scoped to the complexity of your experience ecosystem.
STANDARD
One concept.
One journey.
For linear experience structures — one restaurant, one boutique, one concept with a clear client journey.
FORMAT
2 terrain sessions of 2h
+ founder debrief
TIMELINE
4 weeks
IMMERSIVE
Multiple layers.
One standard.
For multidimensional structures — a hotel, a resort, a multi-concept house where experience lives across departments simultaneously.
FORMAT
Department sessions + global coherence vision + founder debrief
TIMELINE
6 to 8 weeks
WHAT WE WORK ON
FULL CLIENT JOURNEY
Mapped, assessed, prioritised. Every touchpoint from first contact to last interaction.
STANDARD VS MEMORY
What your team currently delivers — and what would make clients talk about it.
THE MOMENTS THAT MATTER
Identified, designed, documented. Not fifty things to fix. Three to five that change everything.
INTERNAL PROTOCOLS
Simple, human, actionable. Not corporate manuals. Guides people actually use.
TEAM ALIGNMENT
Working sessions with the people on the ground. Because the experience is only as strong as the person delivering it.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
CARTOGRAPHY
A clear map of your client journey with identified friction points.
ARCHITECTURE
A prioritised set of experience moments — designed, documented, ready to implement.
ACTIVATION
Internal protocols your team can apply immediately.
AND …
A brand experience that works without you having to be everywhere.
FAQ — Blueprint Experience
Do I need to have done a Gap Session first?
1
No. Blueprint is for those who have already identified the gap — whether through a Gap Session or through their own clarity. If you sense something isn't holding, that's enough to begin.
Will this disrupt my operations during the engagement?
2
No. Field sessions are scheduled around your operational calendar. The work happens with your team, not despite them.
How involved will my team need to be?
3
Ground teams participate in working sessions — that's essential, because they're the ones who carry the experience day to day. The founder is involved at the start and at the final debrief. In between, the commitment is light.
What do I actually receive at the end?
4
A complete working document — client journey mapping, key moments designed and documented, internal protocols ready to use, implementation sequence. Something your team can open tomorrow morning and start applying.
This isn't a report.
It's the architecture your experience has been missing.
Every engagement is scoped to your reality.
A short conversation is where we start — to understand your structure, your team, and what needs to hold.
