WHERE IT COMES FROM


I grew up in a home where care was a form of love.

My father tended his bar and his wine cellar with quiet pride.
My mother worked for one of the finest caterers in the city.
Nobody had to explain to me that a beautiful table, a considered detail, a scent that greets you at the door — these things matter.
They change how a space feels.
How a person feels inside it.

Attention to detail is a
form of generosity.
Not a luxury. A choice.

That understanding has never left me.

I collect beautiful ceramics — not because I eat gastronomic meals every day, but because I do eat every day. If I'm going to use a plate, I want to enjoy looking at it and holding it. And a simple bowl of pasta will always taste better in a beautiful bowl. We eat with our eyes first — and I've never seen a reason to forget that.

This is not a professional posture. It is simply who I am.

When I walk into a hotel, a restaurant, a boutique — I'm not just experiencing it.

I'm reading it.

I notice what was chosen and what was forgotten. Where the warmth lives and where it quietly disappears. Whether the people who built this place actually thought about the person who would walk through the door — or just about what would look good in a photograph.

I'm curious about generosity. About whether an establishment actually cares about the people who chose it. Whether the love and respect are mutual.

And when I see a professional who got it right — who thought hard, made it personal, made it count — I want to support them. I want to come back. I want to tell everyone.

That feeling is the standard I work toward. For every client, every engagement.

WHY REINVENT


For most of my career, I was doing this work instinctively — without being asked, without being paid. Because I simply couldn't not.

Detailed observations nobody asked for. Feedback to managers who weren't always ready to hear it. A way of reading every space I entered that I couldn't turn off.

At some point it became obvious — if people were going to receive this level of attention anyway, they might as well pay for it. And then they'd have to listen to the results.

After years inside premium retail, jewellery and hospitality, I founded Reinvent to do this work properly — with the clients who are ready for it.
