Reinvent. Brand Experience Studio is committed to handling personal data with care, precision and full transparency — in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Via the contact form or direct email We collect your name, email address and the content of your message — solely to respond to your inquiry and assess a potential working relationship.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (nFADP Art. 31) / pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention: up to 3 years. If a client relationship is established, data may be retained for up to 10 years in compliance with Swiss commercial law.
Via website browsing Usage data is collected automatically through analytics tools. This data is aggregated and anonymised. No individual profile is built. See the Cookie Policy for details.
In the context of a client engagement Data exchanged during a project (briefs, communications, deliverables) is retained for the duration of the relationship and up to 10 years thereafter.

Your personal data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
